Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager revokes the notice headed Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserves for Other Land, dated the 23rd day of August 2006 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 31 August 2006, No. 103, page 3045, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the recreation reserves described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
