Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive for the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on 9 August 2006, the Napier City Council, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, passed the following resolution:
“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a Recreation Reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
