Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for
a local purpose (beautification) reserve and vested in the New Plymouth District Council, subject to Part IVA of
the Conservation Act 1987, sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, lease 366342.2 and encumbrance 463166.10;
(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
