Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation and the Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, being the Minister responsible for the department of State that
has control of the land described in the Schedule, jointly amend an error in the notice dated the 3rd and 10th days of August 2001, and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
30 August 2001, No. 109, page 2817, by omitting from the notice Schedule
“3083 hectares, being Section 1, S.O. 19978.”
and inserting in its place
“3082.9522 hectares, being part Section 1, S.O. 19978.”
