Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, and declares the scenic reserves to be known as the Leigh Scenic Reserve and added to the existing Leigh Scenic Reserve.
