Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kapiti Coast District Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be local purpose (road) reserve and that the land shall be held and administered
by the council in the manner specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 5175 square metres, being Section 1 on SO 359910 and being all the land in Computer Freehold Register 294003.
