(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and when stopped, Section 1, SO 24761 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 18D/476; Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, SO 24761 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 18D/475, subject to section 242 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991 (affects DP 26780); Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14, SO 24761 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 62/138; Section 12, SO 24761 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 36/97 and Section 15, SO 24761 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 18C/225.
