Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange
of the scenic reserve area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule be part of the Ngakawau Scenic Reserve.
