Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:
(a) the first described area of stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB46C/906, subject to mortgage 6512040.1; and
(b) the second described area of stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 13773.
