In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Central Otago District Council notifies that by resolution passed on
2 March 2005, the council resolved to declare the land, held in fee simple by council and described in the Schedule to be a reserve within the said Act and further declared it to be a local purpose (community) reserve.
