Recommendation Redefining Purpose for Which a Maori Reservation is Set Apart

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purpose for which the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation
in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 February 1970, No. 9, page 247, is redefined as for the purpose of education, health and employment as well as a meeting place and burial ground for the common use and benefit of the members of the Whanau-a-Tapuiururangi hapu of the Ngati Porou tribe.
