Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of April 2006, setting apart land for kindergarten purposes, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 13 April 2006, No. 35, page 928, by removing
“, subject to easement marked “A” on DP 354465”
from the Schedule to that notice.
