Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (b)
of the Act, and declares that the reserves be known as the Mimiwhangata Scenic Reserve.
