Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of May 2006, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 2006, No. 53, page 1335, by deleting the Fourth Schedule and replacing it with the following:
