New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip), subject to the right to drain sewage in gross created by transfer 713686, and shall vest
in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
