Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Te Kawa A3B Block, which was set apart for the purpose of a papakainga for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Kapatuhi tribe by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 November 1960, No. 75, page 1769.
