Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
