Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice changing part
of a reserve and revoking another part of the reserve, being the Waipango local purpose reserve (hall site), dated the
1st day of December 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 December 2005, No. 204, page 5185, by omitting in the First and Second Schedules of the notice
“Lot 1, DP 360519” and “Lot 2, DP 360519”
and inserting
“Section 1 on SO 360519” and “Section 2 on SO 360519”
in their place.
