Pursuant to sections 17, 20 and 50 of the Public
Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for storm water management purposes and shall become vested, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, in the Waitakere City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
