In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council notified the following resolution passed by council on
24 November 2005:
“THAT under Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977,
the Rodney District Council resolves to declare that the land held in fee simple by Council and described in
the Schedule, be declared to be a Local Purpose (Community Centre) Reserve.”
