Revocation of a Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, and by reason of errors made in the heading and description of the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 2006, No. 19, page 457, the following fresh notice is issued in its place.
Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a
Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a place of cultural, historical and spiritual interest for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Hou subtribe of the Nga Rauru tribe.
