(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Hauraki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA28A/1026, together with appurtenant drainage rights created by transfers 118108, 133307, and specified in easement certificate H313995.2, right of way, water supply, telephone and electric power rights created by transfers, H318653.4 and H327610.3, rights of way created by transfers H154369.7 and H331472.4, water supply right created by transfer H215864.1, and subject to drainage
and water supply rights specified in easement certificate H238045.2, water supply rights created by transfer H331472.4 and specified in easement certificate H313995.2, right of way and water supply rights specified in easement certificate H313995.2, and mortgage H417564.4.
