Under section 61 of the Ngati Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005 and section 65 of the Ngati Tuwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister of Conservation hereby appoints the persons named in the Schedule to be members of a joint advisory committee established under the respective claims settlement Acts.
Each member of the joint advisory committee is appointed for a term of five years commencing on 22 June 2006.
