Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive Officer for the Southland District Council certifies that the following resolution was passed by the Southland District Council on 30 June 2004:
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Southland District Council resolves that the piece of land held in fee
simple by the said Council and comprised in Certificate of Title 105135 be declared to be a local purpose reserve (War Memorial site) to be known as the ‘Ryal Bush War Memorial Reserve’.”
