New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 157215.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 157216, subject to mortgage 6329803.3.
