Under section 24B (4) (b) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the marginal strip requirements set out in section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987 shall not apply to the disposition to Genesis Power Limited of the land specified in the Schedule.
The land is the Huntly Ash Ponds, an area that is required in connection with electricity works.
