In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 20 May 2004.
“That under Section 14 of the Act the Far North District Council resolves to declare that the land held in fee simple by the Council and described in the Schedule be declared to be a recreation reserve, and further declares pursuant to section 16 (10), that the land be known as Johnson Park”.
