Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of January 2006, declaring land to be road, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 February 2006, No. 10, page 203, by deleting in paragraph (a)
“Grey District Council”
and substituting
“Westland District Council”
