Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto previously set apart as a Maori reservation and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 May 2006, No. 48, page 1238, is hereby cancelled.
