Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedules to this notice to be stopped and:
(a) Pursuant to section 120 (3), the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OTA1/297.
(b) Pursuant to section 120 (3), the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OTA1/1016.
(c) Pursuant to section 120 (3), the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT10B/15.
