Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations/Technical Support Manager for the Bay of
Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council by way of
offer to the former owners for the purposes of fulfilling
the council’s intention of returning the land to the former owners.
