Waitaki District
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and:
(a) Pursuant to section 120 (3), the land described in the First Schedule to this notice amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT14D/469.
(b) Pursuant to section 50 (1), the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice set apart for a substation site and shall vest in Network Waitaki Limited on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
