Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road;
(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 20 (1), are set apart for the purposes of a road;
(c) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired for the purposes of a road
and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
