120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA57A/341, subject to mortgage 5825775.2, encumbrance H.468264.3, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
