Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a historic reserve and further declares that the historic reserve be known as the Te Ana o Matuku Historic Reserve.
