(a) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN37B/184, subject to mortgage 5055579.4;
(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 261900, subject to mortgage 6777182.3
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
