Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the generation of electricity and to remain vested in the Crown.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the generation of electricity subject to the easement contained in Computer Interest Register CB30F/682 and to remain vested in the Crown.
