Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA14C/1197, subject to section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950, mortgage B554929.2 and variation of mortgage 6218971.1.
