Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for drainage purposes and vested in the Napier City Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
