Under section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council resolved on 10 February 2006 and the Tauranga City Council resolved on 21 February 2006, in exercise of the powers conferred on both councils by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, that the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto be classified a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
