Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a public utility (sewage treatment site) together with appurtenant easements described in the Second Schedule to this notice and shall become vested, subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
