Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in a Maori reservation over Waiohiki
No. 2, which was set apart by the notice published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 20 August 1998, No. 120, page 2905, for the purpose of a meeting place and marae, for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Parau hapu of
the Ngati Kahungunu tribe.
