Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Waipuka Reserve, is hereby set aside for the purpose of a source of water supply, a cultural and historic site, a conservation site, recreation, meeting, building and a bathing site, for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Whakaiti and Ngati Kautere hapu.
