Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that:
(a) The reserves described in the First Schedule hereto are classified for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act; and
(b) The reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto are classified local purpose (esplanade), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
