Southland District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road
and vested in the Southland District Council on the date
of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped:
(i) the land firstly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL7D/365, subject to existing encumbrances;
(ii) the land secondly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL8B/606, subject to existing encumbrances.
(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice be taken, under section 119, and when taken:
(i) the land firstly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL7D/365, subject to existing encumbrances;
(ii) the land secondly described be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SL8B/606, subject to existing encumbrances.
