Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for recreation reserve purposes and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for
local purpose reserve segregation strip purposes, subject to S383581, B319014.2 and B443572.2, and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(d) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve segregation strip purposes and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(e) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
