Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice classifying a reserve dated the 6th day of March 2006 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 March 2006, No. 22, page 528, by omitting from the notice
“Parts Sections 20 and 21”
in the description and inserting in its place
“Parts Section 20, Queen Charlotte Sound District
and part Section 21, Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District,”.
