a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice headed Declaration That Land is a Reserve, dated the 17th day of April 2002 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 May 2002, No. 45, page 1315, by omitting from the Schedule the words:
“19.4806 hectares, being Lot 6, and part Lot 5, D.P. 14050, and Lot 1, D.P. 15652. All certificate of title 38C/64.”
and inserting in their place:
“Area ha Description
12.8021 Part Lot 5, DP 14050 (all Computer Freehold Register CB225280), subject to the provisions of the Lyttelton Borough Extention Act 1911, subject to land covenant in easement instrument 5963767.1.”
