Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose
of protection of the stream, the fauna and flora and promotion of recreational and cultural activities in relation thereto to be known as Parangarahu B1B3 Maori Reservation for the common use and benefit of the landowners and their descendants, identified by whakapapa to the following tupuna; Eru Pohe, Hamuera, Aperahama, James Hemi Tono, Rewiti Kino, Pita Kino, Rihi Kino, Wiri Kono and Ihapera Kino.
