Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, all of the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to be included with the existing Maori reservation over Tapapanui B4A1 Block that was set aside in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 1951, No. 75, page 1396, for the common use of the Ngaitawake, Ngatitautahi, Ngatirehia,
Te Whiu, Te Uri Taniwha, Ngatihineira, Whanautara, Ngatikorohue, Ngati Kiripakapaka and Te Mounga tribes for the purpose of a marae known as Tauwhara Marae.
